High School Volleyball Tuesday Camp

All camps will start with warm up, ball control drill, serve receive, defense, and serving. The remainder of the camp will focus on different skills on each court so that all athletes are developing in all aspects of the game. We will end camp with competitive game-like drills to bring everything we learned that night together! Each Tuesday night we will take the time to break and do a team building activity for the program. Please make sure players bring a snack for this time so we are fueled for the remainder of the night.
Location: Shanley HS (both gyms)
What to Bring: Court shoes, knee pads, water bottle, snack
